24 Weeks and Growing!

Lori had her 24 week ultrasound just after she got back from vacation. Both kids are growing right on schedule. They are up to about a pound and a half in weight. Here's a picture of our daughter:

Today we found out we have a daughter and a son on the way! For some time, people have been asking Lori what “flavor” the kids were.We are very excited to have a “Sampler Platter”! Here's a picture of Squeak from today (18 weeks):

Squawk wasn't feeling especially photogenic today, but here's a nice profile shot from his 14 week ultrasound:

Both kiddos are healthy and a good size for their age.

One of the perks of having twins is that you get more ultrasounds. Here's a picture of our two little wigglers together at 14 weeks:

We're expecting ... Twins!

. Today we learned that, not only is Lori pregnant, but that she's carrying twins! Here are sonograms of the two heartbeats at 8 weeks:

“baby A” and “baby B” don't really cut it as nicknames, so we are calling our new arrivals Squeak and Squawk until we can decide on their real names. Squeak is baby A and Squawk is baby B.
